Welcome! My 2 decade career journey has taken me from Partner at the world's leading commercial growth consulting firm, Simon-Kucher & Partners, in London, San Francisco, and New York, to a fulfilling freelance strategy consultant and business coach in sunny Mexico City.
With a rich background in corporate consulting, I've helped diverse industries—ranging from software to retail—solve complex growth and pricing challenges. My career was exciting and rewarding, yet something was missing. I found the large-scale bureaucracy overshadowing the joy of problem-solving and direct collaboration with innovators. Along with managing ADHD, I realized I needed a change to regain balance and joy in my work life.
The shift to freelancing allowed me to focus on small to medium businesses, brimming with innovation and community spirit, and live life more on my own terms. Mexico City offered a perfect backdrop for this new chapter.
